1. Website Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Handle X Store website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. We may update these Terms from time to time, with changes applying to future orders.

2. Orders

All orders are offers to purchase products from Handle X Store. Orders are accepted only once confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, photography or display settings. Prices and availability may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be received before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk passes to the customer once products have been handed to Australia Post. Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and notify us of any shortages, damage or incorrect items as soon as possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Returns must be authorised before being sent to Handle X Store, 2 Pamela Court, Frankston South VIC 3199.

7. Exchanges

Once a return is approved, customers may place a new order for their preferred replacement product.

8. Warranty & Australian Consumer Law

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Handle X Store does not provide an additional voluntary warranty beyond that supplied by the manufacturer. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to remedies for major failures and other statutory guarantees.

9. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims should include proof of purchase, order number, description of the issue and supporting photos where possible. Products must not be returned without prior approval. If a claim is accepted, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

10. What Is Not Covered

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, warranties generally do not cover incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, unsuitable environmental conditions or failure to follow installation and maintenance instructions.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photography, logos, graphics, specifications and written material are the property of Handle X Store or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handle X Store's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

13. Privacy

Personal information is collected only for processing orders and providing customer service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions or supplier delays.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
